Send the event approval forms, checklist list, summary report and any incident reports to the Events email. You will be notified via email when your event is approved.
Please note that the Events listed on the Calendar of Events are TENTATIVE until they are APPROVED.
A chapter member must send the information to be added to the calendar via the Media Email. They are listed at this point as they are LIKELY Events for planning purposes.
Once approval from the Board is granted, another email with further information is sent to Media by the Event organizer. Include if the event is HCBC sanctioned or ADS Sanctioned. Note who is hosting the event, general location, contact person, and their email. Also include a prize list if there is one available. After the event has been held, you may also send the Results and the Event summary with a few images. This will encourage people to attend in the future. Please Note: it is not automatic once an event is approved that it is listed on the calendar. The information must be sent to Media.
